Anyone ready to tackle their first 100 miler? This looks like a quality ride from Belfast City Hall to Coleraine. Includes food, BBQ after and transport back to the City Hall.

NDCC Bangor Coastal Challenge

Entries are been accepted for the Bangor Coastal Challenge.

"NDCC are proud to offer a scenic coastal route around the Ards Peninsula which has few inclines and takes a break in Portaferry for lunch. So whether you are a serious cyclist or a novice wanting to cycle the distance for the first time the NDCC Bangor Coastal Challenge is the event for you!"

It's Cold!

Today we had are Christmas run, we stopped at Rowallan Gardens for their Christmas market. Mulled wine and all. Nice route but the hills combined with the cold took their toll. http://www.mapmyride.com/route/gb/belfast/391036943154

Dub Membership

Membership fee for 2009/2009 is only �3, this fee covers our CTC affiliation fee. One of the benefits of Dub Wheeler membership is you can become an affiliate member of the CTC for �12, the main personal benefit of this is 3rd party cycle insurance.

With a choice of three routes, either 5km in the grounds of the beautiful National Trust Property Castle Ward; 30km from Castle Ward to Ardglass to Strangford and back to Castle Ward; or the 50km route, which is a circular route taking in some of the most beautiful countryside in South Down from Downpatrick through Killough, Ardglass, Strangford and finishing at the Quoile Car Park, Downpatrick.
Last year over 300 pedalled for Marie Curie Cancer Care and raised funds for the charity."
